Cleaning windows can be a lot of work
We try to keep your end simple.
Our basic rate per window is $15.
That includes the interior, exterior, and we even clean the screens at no additional cost. For most windows in most homes, that’s all you’ll need to get the cleanest looking windows you’ll ever have.
But sometimes that’s not enough for every window in the house. Occasionally one or two of your windows might require a bit more work.
Then it may be necessary to take some special measures to get the glass clean - like a special cleaning solution to get hard water spots off the windows near your sprinkler system, for example. In that case, there may be an additional charge of up to $5 for any window that requires it - if that’s what you want.

Have you ever tried to swat a fly buzzing around an open window and accidentally hit the screen, instead? I bet you were surprised at the cloud of dirt you unleashed into your home. Who wouldn’t be?
Well, you don’t have to be: we use a water-fed screen cleaning machine specifically designed to get all that dirt and dust off of your screens.
And the next time you accidentally punch one of them, you’ll thank us.
TRACKS & SILLS
$5/track
You know all that dirt that just sits at the bottom of your window sill, mocking you every time you open it?
No; no you don’t: because you just hired us to clean it all out. We scrub the exterior track with a brush, vacuum out the interior, and clean the window-sill and borders of the frame.
Just think: window tracks so clean, you could eat off them. We don’t know what you would eat off them; that’s none of our business. Our business is just making sure it’s clean enough for you to do it.
GUTTERS
Quotes Available
Everyone has gutters. Everyone likes gutters. Until they clog and stop working properly. Then we hate them.
So let us unclog them for you. That way you can get back to doing what you do best: whatever you want.
But there are so many different types of gutters, and guards, and installations, that its not really a great idea to quote before seeing the job. Sometimes we can get it all done in a couple of hours; sometimes it takes all day. It just depends on the house.
BLINDS
$5/blind
They’re narrow; they’re dusty. And they’re a pain to try and wipe clean. Seriously, who doesn’t hate cleaning the blinds?
Answer: US! Save yourself the hassle and let us do it for you. We’re already cleaning the glass, we’re going to be right there. Just think: the next time you close your blinds, wouldn’t it be nice to NOT have to breathe in the years-supply of dust that wafts out?

They’re all the way up there; and you’re all the way down here. But even still, you can tell. You can feel it, deep down in your bones: there’s dust on those blades, waiting to get thrown around the room the next time you turn the fan on. Or clinging to the edge of the casing, waiting for you to turn on the lights and bake it into the glass.
Dust is the worst. Which is what makes us the best: we get all that dust off those things too high up for you to reach on your own.
MIRRORS
$5 - $15, depending on size and location
It’s a funny thing about mirrors: you never really notice how dirty they are until it’s too late. Then you can never unsee it: water spots, toothpaste dots, and a hazy film under the vanity lights that never seems to come clean no matter how many times you wipe it.
Don’t worry, we’ve seen it all. More importantly, we’ve cleaned it all.
We focus primarily on cleaning residential windows, and so we charge on a per-window basis. Not all windows need the same amount of work to get clean, and this way you get the exact job you want.
And that’s what we’re all about: making sure you get your windows as clean as YOU want them.
If all you want is the basic price on every window, and that’s it - no problem. If you want us to do everything we know how to get every inch of the glass as clean as it has ever been, we can do that, too. The point is, IT’S ALL UP TO YOU. Whatever you want, we’re here to provide.
